It’s a full equity partnership and compensation packages have always been excellent and fairly determined. There is no cap on what can be achieved and progression through the equity is clear and transparent
ROLE
The firm has strong funds clients who are investing heavily in infra and particularly renewables so lots of internal cross selling. They are already doing a lot of work in EV and battery storage. They are looking to hire a renewables partner to lead, build and grow the renewables sector – bringing together different energy expertise and clients within the firm in conjunction with their own clients and contacts. A leadership role with support to grow and build a team.
