“RedLaw was created in 2009 by two ‘big law refugees’ – Amy Hambleton and Jonathan Benjamin who both started their careers as lawyers before moving into the legal recruitment.

“The pair held successful careers working at such Magic Circle and AM Law 100 law firms as DLA Piper and Allen & Overy. With a desire to use their knowledge of the legal market, strong relationships and referral networks, but outside of a law firm environment, the prospect of moving into the world of recruitment was attractive. Gaining experience initially with a large international agency and quickly establishing themselves as names in the competitive private practice legal recruitment market, Benjamin and Hambleton then set up their own independent practice.”
