Our client an elite US law firm have an opening for a learning and development manager to head up their lucrative, collaborative and impressive learning and development function.
This is a firm that takes the training of their employees seriously and endeavour to remain progressive and creative in their strategy. They are looking for an experienced L&D professional with a background in legal to design business focused learning programmes, this will be a varied role managing a team, liaising with external partners to ensure expert level training, whilst simultaneously project managing the implementation of learning across all levels of the business.
