This is an opportunity to take a lead within the disputes practice of this forward thinking and well regarded London law firm, to focus on acting for clients where there has been a data breach and handling consequent disputes and issues relating to cyber security.

As the area of data breaches grows, this firm is perfectly placed to advise on all aspects of privacy and data protection, as well as handle the aftermath of issues which arise in this area. You will be a lawyer with experience in handling issues relating to data breaches (whether with a background in reputation management or commercial litigation) and be keen to build a focus in this area.

The firm has a broad range of clients ranging from international organisations and many household name clients to multinationals and funds with increasing recognition externally for its IT and technology related disputes work. The disputes team has grown substantially over the last few years and is well supported within this progressive and forward-thinking firm.

This would suit you if you are seeking partnership or are an established partner and can show that you've had good experience in this area.
