These recruiters provide the best in the industry from learning and development, mentoring and management through to reward and motivational programmes and inspirational workplace cultures and much more.
One of the most prestigious awards within the recruitment industry, Recruiter’s Investing in Talent awards created 25 categories specially designed to identify the best recruitment companies to work for.
And we are super proud to say that we won ‘The Best Professional Services Recruitment Company to Work For’ category.
From our winning submission, the judges liked our company’s reward points scheme based on knowledge-sharing and our flexi-working across the board. They commented on the success of our employee engagement and described our corporate social responsibility work as “an impressive contribution for a company of its size”.
They added that the entry showed a real focus on the on-boarding of new employees.
