London

Experience: I completed my undergraduate degree in Theology at Oxford University and, upon moving to London, began studying for the GDL and Bar Vocational Course. I was called to the Bar in 2010 and, following a brief stint in legal practice, took on my first role in Legal Recruitment within a Global FTSE 200 recruitment company. From Day One in recruitment I have specialised in In House recruitment, with a particular emphasis on Financial Services. Over time in the industry I have continued to develop my skills, knowledge and relationships; and am now in a position to take on this very exciting challenge of building RedLaw’s In House business.
Approach: I am a positive and pro-active person, and apply this approach to the way in which I work with others. This, combined with well-founded advice, relevant market awareness and an unwavering principle of putting the interests of my candidates and clients above all else, has led to me becoming a trusted advisor, and enjoying continued success.
Outside Interests: I like to be busy, and consider myself a ‘jack of all trades, master of none’. At the end of a hard day’s work I like to relax by cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and settling down with a (small) glass of wine. In the summer I love a spot of tennis, and have recently started enjoying weekends spent hiking up and down the English hills. I’m an enthusiastic performer with an am-dram group, and 2 or 3 times a year can be seen hamming up great British playwrights in Notting Hill.
