Experience: I read Law at university and worked for a human rights firm in the U.S. before embarking on a career in legal recruitment. I started my career at an international agency known for its Asian presence and expertise, where I gained experience working with lawyers from NQ to senior associate in both the private practice and in-house markets before moving to RedLaw.

Approach: I have a mixed Chinese/European heritage and understand the social, cultural and professional nuances that exist between the two. I offer in-depth, personalised advice on the Far Eastern market and I pride myself on my approachable methodology. I seek to provide both my candidates and clients with considered advice that focuses on their individual needs and expectations. I strive to create strong relationships with lawyers at all levels across the London and Far Eastern markets.

Outside interests: Since I left the U.S. I have remained involved in various humanitarian causes. Aside from all things legal, I have a passion for interior design and antique furniture. I can be found rummaging for hidden gems at markets, boutiques and boot fairs at weekends!
