Background: I graduated from Manchester University before training and qualifying as a real estate lawyer at DLA Piper in 2000, I switched to legal recruitment in 2003, when I joined a large international recruitment agency. I quickly became head of the London private practice division and then a director responsible for UK and Ireland. In 2009, I founded RedLaw with Amy Hambleton with the intention of creating a quality legal recruitment boutique agency. I have assisted lawyers at every level and my focus is recruiting partners and team. I work with a large range of UK and US City firms from global firms to smaller, niche firms across London.

Approach: I have a straightforward, positive approach honed by many years working with partners and teams. I ensure that all steps throughout a move have been properly considered to make sure that there is a seamless service throughout.

Outside interests:I like to go the gym and spend time with my three young children. I am also a keen support of a variety of charities and currently on a number of charity committees.
