Experience: I graduated from Manchester University before training and qualifying as a real estate lawyer at DLA’s London office. I switched to legal recruitment in 2003, when I joined a large international recruitment agency. There, I became head of the London private practice division and a director responsible for the UK and Ireland. In 2009, I founded RedLaw with Amy Hambleton. I have assisted lawyers at every level and have helped entire teams to switch firms. I have worked with a large range of UK and US City firms. I have recently been shortlisted in the REC's Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards 2011 for Best Client and Candidate Experience.”

Approach: I have a straightforward, positive approach honed by many years working with partners and teams. I ensure that all steps throughout a move have been properly considered to make sure that there is a seamless service throughout.

Outside interests: I like to go the gym and spend time with my two young children. There’s not much energy left for anything else!
