Experience: I studied law at Leeds University before training and qualifying at Bird & Bird as an employment lawyer. I later moved as part of a team to set up a successful employment niche firm before becoming a senior associate at Allen & Overy. In 2009, I founded RedLaw with Jonathan Benjamin.

I have assisted all levels of lawyers – from senior equity partners to junior lawyers – and advised on individual and team moves. I work with a broad spectrum of law firms, ranging from Magic Circle to niche boutique practices.

In November 2008 I was named Recruitment Consultant of the Year at the London and South East Recruitment Awards.

Approach: I have a highly personalised and consultative approach. I am proactive and positive and enjoy working closely with lawyers and law firms to understand their specific objectives and needs and then providing guidance and support through the whole process.

Outside interests: I used to run marathons (including London and New York) but now I just amble around the park. I enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with my young son.
