We are seeking a consultant to join our busy and energetic Private Practice team, focusing on recruiting qualified lawyers ranging from newly qualified through to senior associates at a variety of law firms in London.
You will either already be a legal recruiter, who is seeking to join a fast-paced, busy team or a lawyer who wants to take a first step into legal recruitment.
We offer a friendly, positive and entrepreneurial environment, where a commercial approach is paramount. You will enjoy developing relationships with lawyers and law firms alike, working with a range of lawyers in advising them on the right move. Full training and support is on offer, along with a clear career path and transparent remuneration structure offering excellent rewards.
You will be self-driven, ambitious and with excellent interpersonal skills. A strong academic background is also expected.
